We have just entered the Season of Creation and traditionally in England at this time Churches up and down the land give thanks to God for the success of the harvest as the farmers bring in the crops. We are going to celebrate Harvest Thanksgiving at all Masses on 27^th September.

We take this opportunity to invite parishioners to make offerings and donations of dry goods – packaged and canned – and to bring them to church on that day where a table in the foyer will set up to receive them and after Mass they will be blessed. They will then we distributed to those in our community who are less fortunate than ourselves. We would kindly ask you not to donate fresh food, for obvious reasons.
