Remember that the clock go forward next Sunday 29^th March at 1.00am.

Coming up on Saturday 28^th March.is the Lent Penitential Service where Confessions will take place.

Next Sunday is Palm Sunday and the beginning of Holy Week.

We are looking for singers to help with the singing of the Liturgies during the Triduum and on Easter Sunday. If you would like help, please see Thereza Baker or email on the parish email address.

During the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Maundy Thursday it is traditional to have the symbolic washing of the feet of 12 men which imitates the example of Jesus at the Last Supper. Please sign up on the sheet on the noticeboard if you wish to volunteer.

Finally, following the Mass of the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday there will be adoration at the altar of repose until Midnight. We are asking those that can do so commit to watching for at least one 30 minute slot from 9.30pm.

The redecoration of our Church is completed. Thanks to all who have contributed towards it. Special thanks to all who have put their efforts in cleaning the church and re-arranging it after the painting works.

There will be a baptism preparation session for those parents who wish to have their child baptised in this parish.

The Lent Penitential Service and Confessions will take place on Saturday 28^th March.

Our repository shop has lovely cards for St. Patrick’s Day and for Easter and cards for other occasions.

The parish website is updated with the Mass times for this week Fr. Jose’s weekly message, the weeky newsletter and church notices.

The church ceiling has now been painted. The painting of the walls and woodwork commenced on Monday and will continue for the next week. During all the painting work, weekday Mass will be held in the temporary chapel set up in the dining room of the presbytery, with Sunday Masses being held in the church hall. Thank you to all those who have already contributed to the ‘Church Redecoration Fund’

The Lenten ‘Walk With Me’ booklet of daily reflections and prayers for Lent is now available in the repository shop for £1.50.

Events of interest include the Lent Retreat at St. Teresa’s called “The Way of the Cross” and the Marriage and Family Life Kent Event called ‘Rooted in Love’ – Growing in Faith Together.
