Next Sunday is The Day Of Prayer For Prisoners and Their Families
The second collection will be for The Prison Advice and Care Trust (Pact) a national charity that provides support to prisoners, people with convictions, and their families. They support people to make a fresh start, and minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment to people who have committed offences, to families and to communities.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament continues each Wednesday evening at 6 p.m for half an hour before the 6.30 p.m Mass.
Mass in the Syro-Malabar rite is every Sunday at 3.30 p.m.
Finally, the ‘Assisted Dying Bill 2021’ is having its 2nd reading in the House of Lords with full debate on Friday 22nd October.
